什么是Cover Letter？
什么是Cover Letter？Cover Letter，中文常译作“求职信”或“求职附信”，是介绍自己、表达对职位兴趣并说明自己为何适合 的一封短文。
在澳洲，大部分白领岗位、政府机构、以及Graduate Program都要求提供Cover Letter。
用途：
- 展示个性和热情
- 解释履历中的“空白”或转专业经历
- 针对Job Description里的要求“对症下药”
Cover Letter基本结构
一封标准的澳洲求职Cover Letter大致包括4个部分：
Header（抬头）
你的姓名、联系方式
招聘方公司名、HR姓名（如已知）、公司地址
Tip: 不知道HR名字？用“Dear Hiring Manager”
Introduction（自我介绍+表达兴趣）
- 你申请哪个职位
- 你从哪里看到招聘信息
- 简单一句，why you’re interested
示例：
I am writing to express my interest in the Graduate Analyst position at Deloitte, as advertised on Seek.com.au. I am currently completing my Master of Economics at UNSW and am passionate about applying economic analysis to real-world business problems.
Body（核心内容）
这里用2-3段突出你的能力、经历、符合岗位要求的亮点
- 与职位描述对应
- 每段1-2个关键词能力 + 简单情境举例
- 用STAR原则（Situation, Task, Action, Result）组织
示例小段：
During my internship at XYZ Consulting, I worked closely with senior economists to collect and analyse economic data for policy evaluation. Through this experience, I developed strong data analysis skills using Stata and Excel, and presented findings to senior stakeholders, contributing to policy recommendations adopted by the client.
